Raphael Florezi is a licensed architect and urban planner with dual citizenship in Brazil and Italy, currently based in the United States. With over a decade of experience and nearly 100 projects completed across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors, he has become a reference in sustainable, high-end architecture. Raphael is the founder of Unique – Architecture, Urbanism, and Construction, a firm dedicated to delivering innovative and environmentally responsible design solutions through the Design-Build model. His work blends advanced construction technologies with refined aesthetics, always guided by the principles of social inclusion, energy efficiency, and ecological impact.
